If you manage holiday homes on behalf of holiday home owners, they will already appreciate the quality services you provide whether it be simple bookings or a wider management/servicing role.
To enhance your offering, you may wish to consider the individual owners' need to insure the properties and for you as holiday home managers to ensure the properties remain insured with adequate public liability insurance.
We offer bespoke holiday home insurance schemes for the properties you manage on behalf of the owners.
Experience shows that as well as providing peace of mind for all parties, it increases the holiday home owners' loyalty towards you, the managers.
Properties may be added at any time throughout the year with individual certificates for each owner. Policy cover is wide, including Loss of Attraction cover (see below) and good liability limits. Employers' Liability and Legal Expenses may also be included for a small additional charge.
Loss of Attraction - provides loss of income to the owner should there be damage in the vicinity which makes the property less attractive to let as a holiday home. A good example is following an oil spill or another major disaster.
The policy is arranged with only major insurers, key factors being a 45 day limit for unoccupied properties (many holiday home owner policies have just 21 or 30 days), the inclusion of Loss of Attraction cover and a low excess.
There are opportunities for you to benefit financially from the arrangement as we will share a percentage of our own earnings with you.
