These are services such as meals on wheels, health visiting, home help and the provision of welfare to people in their own homes.

Cover may be provided by care workers or nurses and the domiciliary care provided enables a client to continue with daily life.

• The policyholder has been able to take advantage of the funding provided by the Contract Disputes section to instruct solicitors to contest the decision.
